Washington Hmm...OK, OK. In my days, America was a small country in its activities and its power, in the economic meaning, of course. Now, it’s number one in the world, although, it’s declining a little.
The first problem is how to compete with the Chinese economy. Next one will be Japan, India or Germany. So, firstly, I’m thinking about the Chinese economy. They are doing too much. I don’t want to say anything if they are acting within their own ability or capability, or within their real economic power. That’s OK. But they have too much ambition. They want to become a hegemonic country and control the Asian and African countries in the political and economic meanings. They are even tempted to control the European countries. This is the great problem.
In addition to that, they have, for example, the South Asian islands problem, the Spratly Islands problem. The real problem is that they are approaching Russia; both China and Russia are cooperating in conducting joint exercises. They are cooperating to go against the United States.
So, I want to divide the two powers, China and Russia. I now want to make a new friendship with Vladimir Putin. Mr. Putin and I can be friends, I think, because he has great leadership. He is more skilled in controlling his political power than Mr. Obama. So, if I can become the next president―ah, not can become, I will be the next president―we, Putin and Donald Trump, or George Washington, will be good friends because we have respect for eachother. We can estimate the political power or the capability of each other. So, we will cooperate with Russia.
Mr. Obama made a lot of mistakes. One of them is that he wanted to be an enemy of Russia because of the Crimean problem. I think Russia has the necessity to protect Crimean people because 65% of the Crimean people come from Russia. It’s their duty. The EU also made a mistake. Thus, I support this point that Putin is not bad.
Another great mistake of Obama is that he is weak in the mind, so he wanted to decrease the power of nuclear weapons and tried to declare that the United Stateswill never use nuclear weapons in its first attack. Now, the situation is unsettled because of the critiques from his colleagues. And South Korea and Japan are very afraid of North Korea, of course, so he must reconsider that.
I have the idea of controlling our war budget, but it doesn’t mean that I want to destroy and weaken the American political power and the power of the U.S. army. I want to take a constructive way. I only want to focus on the effective matter. Before that, I or we need a conclusion, a decision against the new problem between two or three countries. I can make decisions, so it will be economical in the real meaning. I can use weapons in the context of the word, economize. This is not the weakness of the United States. This is efficient in managing our troops. We will, of course, ask our fellow countries, “If you want our cooperation, you have to pay your fair share.” We will ask them. It’s to strengthen America again.
